托秀克塔木戍堡位于新疆维吾尔自治区阿克苏地区新和县桑塔木农场七队、桑塔木农场场部东南约8千米的荒漠中。地表为泛碱的沙质土和淤积土，四周为半固定沙包，地表有红柳、骆驼刺等植被。戍堡北约0.3千米有一条东西向便道，西北约0.4千米有三户住宅，西约1千米有一条南北向便道及排减渠，便道向北可通桑塔木农场，戍堡南约0.15千米处有托秀克塔木烽火台。戍堡平面呈近正方形，南北21、东西20米。城垣夯筑，夯层厚0.15-0.2米。墙体坍塌严重，缺口甚多，墙体基宽1~3、残高1~4米；北墙西段有一个宽约4米的缺口，似为门；戍堡四角有斜向伸出的垛墙，垛墙长约4、宽约3米。附近地表遗物较多，可见龟兹小铜钱，泥制红、黄、绿釉陶片等遗物。根据形制、构筑方式及地表采集遗物推断，该戍堡年代为唐代。
